Q: Do you keep a record of my credit card information when I buy online?
Answer: Your credit card information is used only to process your order. We use Verisign to authorize the transaction as credit card security is very important to us.
Q: Can I purchase SkyGolf outside of the United States and Canada?
Answer: Yes, we are now accepting international orders from our website, except to those countries which the United States prohibits exports. International customers are responsible for all appropriate duties and taxes.
Q: Do you sell anything else, other than the SkyCaddie?
Answer: We offer a number of SkyCaddie accessories. See our products section of the website for available products and purchasing.
Q: My golf shop would like to offer the SkyCaddie to our customers. Who can we contact for more information?
Answer: Golf shops interested in carrying the SkyCaddie and its accessories may visit our partner’s homepage.
Q: What kind of payment do you accept?
Answer: We currently accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover on our website. If you place your order by phone you may also choose to pay by check, money order, or cashier’s check denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn from a U.S. bank. All orders must be prepaid. We do not accept CODs.
Q: What is the warranty period for the SkyCaddie?
Answer: The SkyCaddie comes with a 90-day consumer limited warranty. You can optionally purchase an extended warranty to extend this to one year at the time of registration. Commercial use is not warranted and not allowed under the consumer license agreement.
Q: Do you offer a "no risk" money-back guarantee?
Answer: Yes. If you do not reduce your score by at least five strokes or are in any way dissatisfied with your SkyCaddie, please contact SkyGolf within 30 days of purchase. Proof of purchase required.
Q: Is there a shop near me that I can go and see the SkyCaddie?
Answer: The SkyCaddie is offered through most major U.S. golf retailers and many of the finer Pro Shops at golf courses throughout the country. However, we do not have specific information available on the web at this time. If you would like to order now, you will have 30 days to try it risk-free.
Q: What is a "Card Security Code (CSC)? Is it the same thing as a PIN?
Answer: For Visa, MasterCard, and Discover, the CSC is the last 3-digit numbers that are usually located in the signature block on the back of the card. For American Express cardholders, the CSC is a 4-digit number on the front of the card near the centurion’s head. The CSC is NOT the same as a PIN number that you use for an ATM.
