Placing Your First Order
Answer:
Placing an order on our SkyGolf website is easy. There is no need to create an account first. We will ask you to do that once you’ve placed your first order online. On subsequent orders, all you need to do is enter your User Name and Password and all of your billing and shipping information will be there, making the checkout process much faster for you.

Finding Items
Answer:
First you will need to browse or search for the items you would like to order. You can browse our product pages from the Pro Shop homepage, and our navigational menu at the top and the left hand column.

Adding Items to the Your Shopping Cart
Answer:
If you want to order an item, click the “Add To Cart” button on the product information page. This
selection will then be added to Shopping Cart. Use the “continue shopping” button to keep
browsing until your cart contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents
of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the My Shopping Cart link at the top of page in the
orange box on every page of our website or the cart icon at the upper right corner of each page.
All items are priced in U.S. dollars.

Proceed to Checkout
Answer:
Take a moment to review all of the items you’ve placed in your Shopping Cart. If you decide you don’t want to purchase a particular item, you can click the “delete” link next to that item to remove it. When you’re ready to purchase everything in the shopping cart, you can click the “Check Out” button. You will be taken to the first page of the order form. If you don’t happen to want to checkout your selected items at the time you visited our website, they will be stored in your cart until the next time you log into our site. You will not be charged for the items, nor will any items be shipped, until you’ve completed the checkout process.

You will be asked to enter a user Name for your account on our website (if you don’t have one already). You will need to indicate whether you are a new customer or a merchant (pro shop or retailer), and click the “Continue” button. We will ask for your name and some optional demographic information. Anything that you submit to us will be confidential; we do not re-sell our customer database to third-party vendors. Information that you supply will be used later in your billing and shipping, so please try to fill out these fields as accurately as possible. False information may cause a rejection or your order based on mismatched address or credit information. You will not be asked to enter any credit card information until the end of the checkout process.

Enter a Shipping Address

Tell us where you would like to ship your order. We ship everything via UPS, so please provide address, NOT a P.O. Box number. Due to legal restrictions, we only ship to select countries.
Most shipments are processed within 24 hours of your receipt.

Select a Shipping Method and Handling Method

Consider how quickly you would like to receive your order, and choose a shipping method. For ease of use, we offer a flat-rate for each type of service.

Provide a Method of Payment

Associate a password with your account so that when you come back to the SkyGolf website in the future, you can use the same shipping address and method of payment you provided during the first order. Make sure you write your password down somewhere so that you remember it the next time you place an order.
Next, let us know how you would like to pay for your order. We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, or a check, money order, or cashier’s check denominated in U.S dollars on a U.S. bank. All orders must be prepaid. If you are paying with a credit card, enter the number without spaces or dashes. We will also ask for your “card security code (CSC)” number. Your CSC number is the 3 or 4 digit number, usually found on the back of all credit cards (or on front, if you use American Express card). This is an added security code to make sure that the card is in the possession of the user.

Review and Submit Your Order

Check the accuracy of all the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments. When you are ready, click the Place Your Order button to submit your order. Once you place your order we will send you a confirmation e-mail message. We will send you another e-mail message at the time of shipment.

Tracking Your Order

Your SkyGolf order will be shipped via United Parcel Service. A delivery schedule may be obtained at http://www.ups.com/, using the tracking number sent to you in the shipping confirmation email. Shipping information may not be available until the next business day.
