Question: How do I register my SkyCaddie?
Answer:
In order to register and activate your SkyCaddie, please follow the instructions below. The SkyCaddie does not need to be connected to the PC at this time.
Software Installation:
- Go to www.skygolf.com and click on the “Getting Started” link from the main homepage.
- Click on “Download” beneath the SkyCaddie for which you would like to download software.
- If the file download window does not appear, click on the word “Here.”
- Click Run or Open to initiate the file download.
- Follow the remaining steps to download the SkyCaddie Desktop Browser. If a window pops up during the download with an option to Continue Anyway, please click on that option.
Registration:
- After the software has been downloaded, you will be presented with two options: Member Login and New Member. If you do not have a user name and password, click on “New Member” to register your account and create a user name and password, otherwise, login with your current user name and password.
- Fill out the registration form and click “Next.”
- Verify your account information and click “Next.”
Activation:
- Select the SkyPlayer Club Membership plan that best fits where and how much you play.
- Accept or decline the option to purchase an extended warranty.
- Read the Software License Agreement. To accept the terms and conditions, click “Next”.
- If you’ve purchased a billable SkyPlayer membership, enter your credit card information and click “Continue Checkout.”
- Click on “Continue” to proces thse request.
Once you have completed the activation and registration process, you will be directed to your personal My SkyCaddie page.
