REGISTRATION & ACTIVATION

Before you can purchase the optional SkyPlayer Club Membership, you must register and activate your SkyCaddie through the SkyGolf website and receive your unique SkyGolf web account. Your web account is very important as it keeps track of vital information such as your warranty. Once you have registered, you will automatically have the option to purchase a membership if you haven’t done so already.

URGENT! YOU MUST ACTIVATE YOUR SKYCADDIE

Your SkyCaddie must be registered or it will deactivate after 30 days. This is to protect your new investment from theft or unauthorized use. Please note that registration is a free service that does not require a SkyPlayer Club Membership.

STEPS FOR ACTIVATION:

1. Click the SkyGolf DirectConnect button on the main homepage or click “Getting Started” from the Clubhouse page.
2. Connect your SkyCaddie to your computer through the USB port.
3. Click “Get Started Now”. For information on DirectConnect, click here.
4. Create an Account with a User Name and Password
5. Click on the register button. Existing members should log-in if they are not already DirectConnected.
6. Read the SkyCaddie Software End-User License Agreement. If you decline, the registration process will end and you will not be able to register.
7. Complete the online Member Registration form and the Personalized Account form.
8. Click Continue.
9. Select the SkyPlayer Club Membership plan that best fits where and how much you play. (If you have already purchased a membership plan prior to registering your SkyCaddie, choose “none”. The previously purchased membership will be registered to your SkyCaddie if you logged in with the same user name and password provided during the purchase of the membership and registration.
10. Click Continue.
11. Accept or decline the option to purchase the Extended Warranty. (If you decline this option during the registration process, you will have 30 days from the date of registration to purchase the Extended Warranty from the My Account page.)
12. Confirm information and select Register My SkyCaddie.
13. If you selected a SkyPlayer Club Membership, confirm items purchased, select Checkout, enter billing and credit card information and complete checkout. Note: A purchase confirmation notice will be sent to the email address provided during registration.
14. The final step is very important and necessary to complete the total process. YOU MUST CONNECT YOUR SKYCADDIE VIA THE DIRECT CONNECT PROCESS AND DOWNLOAD THE NEW REGISTRATION AND MEMBERSHIP DATA TO YOUR SKYCADDDIE. Any time you download courses, the updated account information will also synchronized with your SkyCaddie. Otherwise your SkyCaddie will not be synchronized with your new web account and member services will not be available.

You have completed the installation and registration process and will soon be directed to your personal “My SkyCaddie” page. You can view all the contents of your “member’s only” area by clicking on the appropriate tabs shown along the top of the screen. Thank you and enjoy your SkyCaddie!
