Membership Questions Such as Renewals and Upgrades

Upgrade a membership: Based on your current membership level, you may be able to upgrade for the remainder of your current membership. Please take the following steps:
  1. Access your “My SkyCaddie” page by clicking on the “My SkyCaddie” link under the Member’s Clubhouse section or by performing a “DirectConnect”.


  2. In the upper left hand side of the main “My SkyCaddie” page, you will find your current membership status.


  3. Click on the “Upgrade” button. You can also access the upgrade membership function by clicking the “Member Services” button under the “Member’s Clubhouse” on the main homepage. From here, you will click on the “Upgrade Membership” link and follow the instructions.
Renew a membership: When your SkyCaddie membership is up for renewal, you will be notified from within the “My SkyCaddie” page under alerts on the top left side of the page when you manually log in or DirectConnect.

Transferring Ownership or Selling your SkyCaddie

Customers may elect to sell or give away their SkyCaddies when purchasing a new model. The original SkyCaddie and associated Club Membership must be deactivated prior to selling it to another individual. To deactivate your current SkyCaddie, click here. Attention: A SkyPlayer Club Membership is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be prorated towards the purchase of a new Club Membership. A SkyPlayer Club Membership is directly associated with a SkyCaddie electronic serial number (ESN) and is downloaded to that SkyCaddie at the time of membership purchase.
