DirectConnect

DirectConnect: is a service provided to SkyCaddie owners. It allows you to automatically login to your registered SkyCaddie account, known as your “My SkyCaddie” page. Just look for the DirectConnect button located throughout the SkyGolf website. Before you click the DirectConnect button, please make sure that your SkyCaddie is turned on and that it is connected to your computer.

If you are unable to DirectConnect, here are a few things to look for:
  1. Have you installed any software recently? Sometimes there may be a conflict because new software can overwrite files or settings on your system.

  2. Have you installed or changed settings in any firewall or antivirus software? Both of these types of software programs may block communication to our website. They will need to be configured for our site.

  3. Do you have anything that might be trying to use the port that your SkyCaddie is plugged into (i.e. Palm HotSync, power management, etc)? These will need to be turned off or removed in order to return the port back to the SkyCaddie.

  4. Is your internet connection working?

  5. Are you using your SkyCaddie Desktop?

  6. Have you installed Windows XP Service Pack 2? For more information on this,
    please click here.
Upgrading a membership: When your SkyCaddie membership is up for renewal, you will be notified from within the “My SkyCaddie” page under alerts on the top left side of the page when you manually log in or DirectConnect.
