Instructions on How to Repair or Return a Device

Within 14 days of the original receipt date of purchase, you may return any of the following items you purchased from SkyGolf, for any reason, for a full refund (we’ll also refund the shipping cost if the return is due to a warranted defect in workmanship or missing components, or a result of our error):
  • Any SkyCaddie purchase


  • Clothing/Apparel


  • Cart-Mount Kits


  • Bag-Mount Kits
We cannot accept returns of opened items or items returned more than 14 days after delivery, except the SkyCaddie. Skycaddies may be returned within 30 days if you are not completely satisfied. This special offer must meet the following terms and conditions:
  • Any SkyCaddie purchase


  • Guarantee applies to the cost of the SkyCaddie Personal Digital Caddie ONLY, and not to any subscriptions for SkyCourse database software.


  • Shipping and handling are excluded.


  • Any returns must be in original packaging, include all components, and be in good condition.


  • Failure to adhere to any of these terms and conditions will void this Guarantee.


  • SkyHawke Technologies reserves the right to discontinue this offer at any time without notice
An opened box fee equal to 15% of the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling charges, will be charged for any opened item, unless the item is defective and exchanged for the exact same item (restocking fee not applicable in Hawaii). The 15% open box fee will be assessed at the time of refund or exchange.

Returns procedure: Please contact our customer service department at 866.SKYGOLF to obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and details about your return process. RMA numbers are valid for 14 days from the date of issuance. We will not accept returns without a RMA number. Any items returned to SkyGolf without a pre-authorized RMA number will be returned, post-paid shipping.

Refunds: We will notify you via email of your refund once we’ve received and processed the pre-authorized return item(s). You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 10 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error or defective merchandise, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund. We will not issue a refund on any standalone software purchase, such as SkyCourse or IntelliGreen Module purchases. We will also not issue a refund for membership purchases.
