Make sure that your SkyCaddie is fully charged and connected to your computer. Use the special USB cord provided with your SkyCaddie. SG1 / SG2 users connect by opening the protective cover on the right side. SG2.5 users will find the access connection by opening the protective plug on the bottom of the unit. The wide end of the cable plugs into your computer’s USB port. SG3 / SG4 users connect on the back of the unit. Plug the wider end into your computer’s USB slot. SG5 users will find the access connection by opening the protective plug on the bottom of the unit. The wide end of the cable plugs into your computer’s USB port.
